I did two days of PT consecutively for the first time in a while. It was rougher than I thought, partly because it was more humid than I thought.
I was told afterwards I didn't look very happy.
I got a haircut after I realized how much I was sweating this morning.
Still, working but not killing myself for average paces so far is a good sign, mostly.
