Z3 high.

The morning reading started at 60 degrees when I woke up and it was already 68 by the time I finished. Going back to Eastern time isn't that hard, but it can be disconcerting when waking up early.

Today was a better run than yesterday - once I had warmed up, I ran what I thought to be relative steady state pace until near the end where I decided to run into oxygen debt to see what I could do.

I felt my usual loosening up at around the 25 minute mark, but more notably, I felt another second wind at the 54-55 minute mark. This is either endorphins (which I somewhat doubt) or it's fat expenditure (perhaps more likely).

My knees hurt. Now with only 319 miles on a pair of shoes, this normally wouldn't be a big deal - were it not the fact that the shoes are about a year old.

I normally rotate shoes out at the 400 mile mark, but I may go early on this pair.
