I felt like crap at the start, but was fully warmed up by mile 4. Unfortunately, the Younger gets out of practice 15 minutes early on Mondays, which I did not know. Oops. At least I got in 8.5 solid. It might've been the new shoes too, but I was hell-bent on getting that in this morning before rain started turning into snow.
