First run since getting sick, but I didn't want to row two days consecutively. There's still some residual cough, but I need to do this to start burning off some of the lard I managed to accumulate in the last two weeks.

The OPFOR CDR told me that Popcorn, our remaining guinea pig, may not live much longer as he has been very reclusive and just pooping and peeing in his plastic igloo.  That tells me he is starting to get older, going the same way that Thor did in his last two weeks.  There is something about having pets that I find difficult - mostly in terms of saying goodbye, something I have never done very well.  When I was living by myself, I avoided it by not having any pets.  That's avoidance, I guess, but I didn't want to deal with the loss.
