I wasn't sure how much I was really going to run this morning. I'd had a fairly sizeable bowl of wonton soup, General Tso's chicken, and rice, along with two Labatt's Blue (for shits and giggles) and found it was still in my stomach as I hadn't eaten dinner until after 9:00pm.
I remain unapologetic, but I knew I needed to get in at least five. I was thinking about getting in eight, but I didn't feel up to that much. Tomorrow.
It is inconvenient to think about still tasting last night's dinner while I was running. Usual bumpy start but by mile 3 I felt pretty good.
Another reason for my not going 8 was my pushups and situps beforehand. 40//40//30//30//20//20. I still need to do it.
