I needed a recovery day after going two days back-to-back hard, which I may pay for later on, but the weather was the temptation for why. The weather this morning was quite nice (which is why fall is my favorite season - and maybe why I enjoyed cross-country far more than I ever did track).
It occurs to me that I've dramatically increased my weekly mileage and I didn't really notice it. I guess I should pay attention to see if I risk overtraining, which I've done in the past - although I haven't felt dead legs lately.
