Not a particularly hard run, but I was constrained as my parents visited last night and we went out to a seafood buffet where I proceeded to get my $31 worth of chow. I probably had not fully digested the gargantuan amount of chow I ate, so I felt a bit...bloated. Thus, the run. On the other hand, it's better than what I thought I'd do, which was "nothing but eat," which after a "eat until you explode" kind of meal, is probably a Bad Idea.

It was also noticeably warmer and more humid this morning, which was another contributor.

But hey, negative splits!
