This morning went hard because I had to be back quickly. I'll get in some alternate work after I get in the shower.
My legs were tired, but nowhere as dead as yesterday. I felt significantly better by the 4-mile mark, just in time to finish. The uphills are killing me, worse than usual. At least the weather was passable, a break from last week.
