Relatively easy run, and I felt better today than I would've expected, but I decided to go do some of the exercises in this article (as well as some glute-hamstring developer situps) at mile 3.

I should do that more often. It was difficult, but I know I need to do it. Maybe Wednesday. I should also probably write down what I'm supposed to do so I'm not winging it as much as I did.

Today's iThink was because of killing two wasps nests that had taken root in the guardrails of my front porch. One of them stung Household6 yesterday, so it was on. I was going to kill every single last one of those motherfuckers. And I did. And so the song I hadn't thought of in a very long while became the earwig for today's run.
