Today was a remarkably pleasant run that turned out to be markedly faster than ones I've done lately, which I attribute to the weather. It felt dry (even if the RH was 91) and the temperature was nice, although not as cool as I like, of course.
Tomorrow should be slow and long. I attribute some of today's speed to yesterday being a day off.
