Oh hell yeah

"Attend the tale of Sweeney Todd, who served a dark and a hungry god..." I haven't felt this motivated to see a film on the big screen in a long time.

When I was in 8th grade, my music teacher had us watch a videotape of the Angela Lansbury version of Sweeney Todd. Looking back, I don't think that would have ever happened in a public school. I may malign some of the folks with whom I went to school...but I don't think I can argue with the education I got there.

The fact that Sweeney Todd is coming out for x-moose only sweetens the deal...since my favorite x-moose song is, of course, FEAR's "Fuck Christmas."
