The headwind wasn't nearly as bad - but it still warranted my wearing clear eyeshields when I run, which is about the norm for when I do.

I felt the need to get in a long run after only running two this morning. Admittedly, it was a physical fitness test, but two miles is only two miles. Two miles is not enough.

I figure running about ten today should be enough.

Fortunately, I held fairly steady pace - the only distinct difference was that my average heart rate continued to increase, as I worked progressively harder. I may do this again Wednesday night, but at a substantially reduced pace.
