This was originally going to be a recovery run, but turned into somewhat of a catharsis run.
Any run where the first song to stick in my head is "Die Motherfucker Die" is usually not a good sign of levelheadedness. Transitioning the iThink to something which isn't nearly as overtly about fucking people up wholesale - but still provides plenty of grist for the mill when I want to go fuck people up wholesale - is perhaps more constructive, although maybe less cathartic.
Still, I ran generally negative splits, so it's not all zero sum.
