I was not expecting max VO2 to increase to 41, but I think because of the temperature (55F!), I was running considerably faster than I normally would've at this level of effort. Today wasn't a recovery run but I was also trying not to go too hard -- although there were some parts that were hard because of uphill slope. This was unexpectedly fast and I can't complain.
Given my run cadence (average 158spm today), there is a certain logic to the iThinks now. Most of them are sitting within 10bpm of my standard cadence. "Upside Down" is actually something I remember from my days of racing college cross-country ("Fun and Games" was an iThink for training runs, rather than racing).
