This is perimeter run 27.

I gotta admit, it's kind of nice going out running in the middle of the summer and it's only 80 degrees in Afghanistn.

Today was a day of little sleep - my circadian rhythms are still jacked, so I'm waking up at 3:00am sharp...wide awake. This is not helpful.

On the other hand, it does provide some incentive to get out and run in the mornings rather than at night.

Today was a day of wogging after the last two runs. I could feel it in my knees after about 5.5 miles. I think they're tired, but getting tougher. At least that's what I'm trying to say to myself as self justification for running nothing but long slow distance.
