Running with the Elder, with the Younger on her bike. As slow as I thought it was going to be. I just stopped instead of trying to walk. It's easier on my knees to shuffle than to walk long strides.
It's actually quite nice if you're not having to work very hard. Nicer than it was earlier because of relative humidity dropping about 20%.
