First time on the erg in a while, but I didn't get a chance to go to the gym, due to some wholly avoidable churn at work. It's not my fault, but I had to fix it.
I was watching Band of Brothers episode 1 while I was erging to sort of get in the mood. The OPFOR Cdr wasn't feeling it, and was stomping on the floor. Fortunately, the baseline noise from the erg is loud anyway.
