Today was the first run in a while. Work has been so bad that there has been no way to actually get runs in. The end result is that today was a fast run because I wasn't sure when I was getting the next one in and I don't really think that hash a few days ago really counted.

I was belly breathing and experimenting with posture and gait. I think I get psyched out when I stare at the GPS and get track and speed under way; I think I can go faster when properly motivated. Problem is actually holding that pace. That's the challenge.
