Not a fast start...but a lot of breeze. Around the midpoint where I turned south, I started to accelerate. Then I felt okay, so I started to accelerate more. By the return, I was going full bore, virtually at time trial intensity. That was unexpected and quite gratifying. The watch said fastest 5K at 30:30. I'll take it.
If I don't stretch and lift tonight, I will be completely fucked tomorrow.
