First proper day of lifting in a while, mostly prompted by my flaring up back pain. That was sufficient motivation to get at it in the gym, and I realized what I've been missing the last few weeks.
Run was slow, partly from accumulated sleep loss, partly from temperature, partly from the work I did in the gym. It was also two hours after lifting.
