I lifted yesterday, once again prompted by my incipient back pain. I NEED to get better about going. I could buy my own weights, but then I wouldn't have a leg press.
Run was slow, especially after yesterday's lower body work. The goal was to stay in zone 2, but I was not as disciplined as I should've been. I also need to do a lactate threshold heart rate test to find out what my zones actually are these days. Maybe tomorrow.
