Much later leaving work tonight than I wanted, but I took yesterday off, so I'm not doing 10km tonight, but I did decide to crank out 8km again and sliced a good 50 seconds off the time.
I felt a lot better, which makes me think I'm getting stronger - or at least the rest of my body is starting to get used to rowing again. The lack of knee pain after working out is a nice bonus.
This is the coldest May I have seen in a long, long time.
