After taking a day or two off, today was neither fast nor slow. But I followed up with a fair amount of heavy lifting, so that it wasn't a total bust. Some bench, some shoulder presses, ab work, and a few sets of lat pulldowns and preacher curls. It was good to know I hadn't lost
too much strength over the last few weeks.
