I started the first major steps towards separating my finances from the OPFOR Cdr. Today was a hard day. At least the weather was pleasant. My right knee hurts, which may be an indicator of just having to live with it. Today marked a run with a chest strap as I don't really trust the wrist HRM on my Garmin Forerunner 935. It is no accident the return leg is slower - it is mostly ascent.

My legs are starting to feel tired, but this is not necessarily a bad thing given that I'm running under load. The return leg is invariably slower as I'm running gradually uphill. The temperature was not as warm as I thought it was going to be, especially after the breeze that was going on the return leg. I stopped long enough to put on one layer of snivel gear.
