First time on the erg in a while but it was nasty outside so I decided not to run. My knees probably thank me, although my shoulders were starting to get tired.
Better than nothing, for sure. I was watching parts of 'A Boy Named Charlie Brown' but was bugged enough by it that I switched to a recording of the final time trial stage of the 2020 Tour de France, which was much more motivational.
