I was supposed to go at marathon pace. In essence, I did, but only at the finish. This was probably a good thing as I was intent on a disciplined start, and once I was warmed up, I think I was good. Tomorrow I run 17. Slower. Actually, running tomorrow’s run at most of what I ran today’s run in was probably the right way to go.
