I was in a bad mood this morning, the kind of mood that normally leads me to watch John Woo movies. One of those “I hate people” kind of moods. In spite of that, today’s run was moderate. I was holding back for tomorrow’s Death Run of 15. The 8:05 paced leg was because my running partner and I were trying to catch a group in front of us. By the time we caught them, any scenery was lame, as it had fat legs. Whatever. Fuck it.
