Today was dusty, and I could feel the scratchiness in the back of my throat. Yay.
The dustiness this morning was exacerbated by the smell of burning trash aerosolized by the dust.
My legs were really, really, really tired. Not until at least the 25 minute mark did they sufficiently loosen up to warrant real running. Unfortunately, we sped up to such an extent that I was still smoked pork by the end of the run.
I’m really looking forward to my day of “do nothing but eat” tomorrow.
