Today’s weather called for a run, and I was able to get away from work long enough to get one in before it got dark. It would be a shame to hit the dreadmill because I didn’t get out in time to get a run in.
I think today’s festival of antisocial music was due to a face-shot email I got from Household6. I needed to get out and run some. Easy run at fairly deliberate pace. I can live with that. Surprisingly, I was going slower than I thought on the way back. I’m not sure why, but today was run at the required pace, so I’m still on track with the plan.
