Barring the demonstrated incompetence of the mail room in having my running shoes since fucking 9 December, the notification of which I got yesterday, I was a little fucking pissed.
That being said, my knees don’t hurt as much any more and this morning’s run, albeit a little slow at first and stiff, but the shoes are new and my knees aren’t. They were sufficiently loosened up where I had markedly accelerated. Good. Maybe undisciplined, though.
