I deliberately went what I felt was just under anaerobic threshold pace, and felt okay until the usual mile 3 transition point, after which I felt pretty good.

Nothing ambitious, but I don't think I'll get a run in tomorrow, so I needed a long one today that didn't crush me flat. The fact that I hit the magic 666 point was only icing on the cake.

Looking at splits, I was gratified to run generally negative splits.
