The weather was very good - almost good enough where I would've turned back and jettisoned a layer of snivel gear.

Taking yesterday off helped, but I think sleeping 8 hours each the last two days helped a lot more.

Almost all positive splits, but the start was much, much faster than it should've been for a run of this length. Encouraging, yes, disciplined, no.
