I am disinclined to believe the figures on heart rate as I thought I was going about 140-150 most of the run. The 178 figures are skewing the overall since there is no way I was going hard enough to spark that kind of level of work.

My legs were extremely beat after yesterday's run, so I knew today was going to entail some wogging.

I ate Chinese buffet last night as an act of protest against some televised football event of which I couldn't give two flying shits.
