I chickened out the last two days for a number of reasons, most of which was last night's torrential downpour, so I waited until the end of the workday to get my run in. Damn, that was therapeutic!

Progressive negative splits. The first 0.93 was offset by the fact that I had to stop because I'm so fucking out of shape. Or something like that. Of course, running 100 meters of a 60 degree uphill on dirt probably has something to do with that also.

The 2 Unlimited attack is due to watching something that was entertaining, yet so, so wrong, today at work. When I see some guy in in battle dress and a high-and-tight haircut doing mime of jumpmaster duties and actions on the ground to the tune of "Are You Ready for This?" then it means I need to buy beer. Unfortunately, I'm WINCHESTER (Army aviator-speak for out of ammunition) on suds. Bad, bad, bad.
