Today was steady state, shitty-mood, no effort recovery running.
I couldn't sleep last night for a variety of reasons, and I didn't feel like medicating to the tune of Red Hook ESB Amber Ale (the last soft suds left in the house). There's a 750ml bottle of Passion Fruit rum punch I scored in Sint Maarten on the Disney Fat Boy Cruise, but the title of that would be so intensely dichotomous to life lately that I'd be better off just getting the $25 bottle of Pernod I've been meaning to get lately.
My legs are tired, as they were feeling even today's sluglike pace. Whatever.
