Today was going to be 7.6. I started slow and never quite got in the groove. My legs were tired, and I might look at going towards a 1 day hard/2 days easy approach to see if I can get better sustained work.

Today would've been a good day since it started raining during the middle of the run. I guess I'm glad I didn't decide to try to go to the jump today which undoubtedly was cancelled.

I thought about going for another pass (which would have made it 7.59mi) but I elected not to since my parents are supposed to be showing up this afternoon and I had to police parts of the house before they showed up.
