I put together a power cage in the garage so I didn't have to go to the gym. I haven't lifted in a while and the few hundred dollars I spent on the home gym was to make it easier for me to do the kind of strength work that I need to do rather than just running. So I decided to do some lifting, but will probably do more later on.
